Order Processing – Once an order is placed it may not be cancelled. If you cancel an order once placed a restocking fee or cancellation fee will be assessed.
Warranties – All warranty issues are handled by the manufacturer but we will be glad to help with your issue by providing information to both parties to achieve the most efficient resolution to the issue.
Returns – All returns must be new, unused, uninstalled, in original packaging and within 30 days of purchase. 30 days is strictly adhered to. All returns will be issued an electronic gift certificate for the value paid for the product. If you choose you can request a 20% restocking fee and a credit card refund, any return without this request is automatically issued as an electronic gift certificate.
All standard items are valid for return. Special run, sale, and blem items are not be valid.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Errors – We strive not to make any errors, but as human beings they simply happen on occasion. In the event that we ship you the wrong item, notify us and we will reship the correct item with a return label for the incorrect item.
We are not responsible nor will we be expected to provide compensation for errors that result in consequential inconveniences. The most common scenario, although rare, is that a customer needs an item at the last minute and has an order shipped next day air for a match. In such an event, if we send the incorrect item, we will send you the correct one as quickly as possible, but we will likely be unable to get it shipped in time for the match.
For that reason we advise against last-minute ordering. Mistakes do occasionally happen. Sometimes with us, sometimes with the shipper.
All items will be shipped USPS or UPS, depending on what you select at checkout. Items ship after payment has been successfully processed by our system, generally 2-4 days after initial order. Tracking is available for all shipments. If you would like tracking information for your order, please get in touch with us through the contact us page. Mishaps that occur during shipment are the responsibility of the shipping company, and not Range Day Drills.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to ship your orders, process your payments and contact you to respond to to questions. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
